Please have the medical form filled out by a doctor and returned to the camp by June 9th or the week before your camper arrives. This form is mandatory! Swimming will not be permitted unless we have a health form sign by your physician. A nurse is on staff daily to assist in any health care matters.

Registration & Tuition
Swimming
If for any reason your camper is not going to go swimming, please send a note advising camp. Campers will not be permitted to return to the swimming program until a second note, giving permission is received. If a camper is to stay out of swimming only one day, please indicate this in the original note. If you would like your child to wear sunscreen, please send some with a note listing any instructions you may have.

A deposit of $290.00, payable with application, is credited towards your child’s first week. There are no refunds after June 1, 2012. Tuition includes lunches, swim towel, and transportation. All balances are due by June 1, 2012.
